Taking an appointment
We advise you to take an appointment prior to your visit by reaching out to our front-desk over phone or by visiting the clinic. Out front-desk staff will assist you in your appointment to suit your timing and consulting needs.
Registering at the clinic
We request you to register on your first visit by providing basic information and contact details. The registration is free, and ensures ease and continuity in subsequent interactions. The front office can use your mobile number to access your records during follow up visits.
Consultation with the doctor
Before your first consultation, it is advisable to make a note of your symptoms, past history and any family history. Making a list of your concerns and queries will be helpful for proper diagnosis. For follow-up visits, we advise you to bring your case file which keeps records of your past interactions with the clinic. Our doctors will spend as much time with you as necessary to better understand your health related problems, arrive at a proper diagnosis and recommend a line of treatment. You can ask as many questions to our doctors and they will be happy to answer those.
Consultation charges for all the panel doctors are available on the notice board and with front-desk staff. Charges vary for the first and follow-up visits.
Pathology laboratory services are provided by our partners Metropolis India Pvt. Ltd. Metropolis is NABL accredited and can handle diagnostic requirements in the areas of haematology, micro-biology, bio-chemistry and clinical pathology.
You can call our front-desk to enquire about the rates of any specific tests. Certain blood tests require overnight fasting, do consult your doctor for specific needs.
In case of any doubts, feel free to call up the clinic to confirm.
The reports for most of the tests will be available by same-day evening; certain investigations may take two or more days as part of the testing process before the report can be generated. Reports can be emailed to you as a soft copy or collected at the front-desk.
Diagnostic services such as X-ray, Sonography, 2D Echoand colour Doppler are offered at our clinic. It is mandatory to take an appointment as radiologistsare available only at pre–specified time slots. You may have to wait for some time for your reports or the front-desk staff at the clinic will inform you of the time for report collection.
